You have a challenging mission for:

Handling of customer complaints & providing troubleshooting and resolution actions under predefined SLA.

What will you do:

• Handling of customer complaints providing troubleshooting and resolution actions under predefined SLA
• Produce, analyze and distribute daily reports related to Customer complaints and Roaming handling incidents.
• Prepair ad-hoc and monthly Reports relevant to customer complaints 
• Act as the interface for projects related to platforms or systems, pertaining to the Customer Complaints Management area
• Handling Roaming Complaints providing hands on troubleshooting during technical issues under predefined SLA
• Troubleshoot problems related to corporate customers as escalated by relevant technical support team and business department
• Produce, analyze and distribute daily reports related to Customer complaints and Roaming handling incidents. Prepair ad-hoc and monthly Reports relevant to customer complaints
• Follow up / escalation actions through internal and external stakeholders’ environment
• Implement International Traffic Reroutings in case of technical problem or commercial reasons (during nonworking hours) in accordance to Wholesale departmant

It would be nice if you have:

• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Telecoms or Computer science
• Knowledge of 5G Core, EPC network interfaces, protocols & architecture
• Strong experience on SIP & IMS signalling, protocol analysis, CS and PS session tracing
• Knowledge of Routing Cases Analysis (ISUP analysis)
• Good knowledge of English language
