Job Title:  CVM Product Manager

We at Nova, a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, are looking for a motivated CVM Product Manager to join our B2B CRM team and support the design and execution of customer value management initiatives.

You have a challenging mission to:

 Design and optimize data-driven CRM/CVM campaigns that enhance SME customer lifecycle value, drive growth and retention, and translate customer insights into measurable business impact.

What will you do:

  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end CRM/CVM campaigns aligned with business objectives, including audience selection, offer setup, channel selection, and scheduling.
  • Develop Business customer segmentation and target strategies based on customer behavior, industry, and commercial opportunities.
  • Support SME customer lifecycle activities including acquisition, retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn prevention, and revenue growth initiatives.  
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and customer segmentation strategies based on business results and customer behavior insights.
  • Analyze large customer datasets using IBM SPSS Modeler or other analytical/data mining tools to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, CRM best practices, and developments in telecommunications and customer analytics.

 

It would be nice if you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM/CVM, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, business understanding, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Experience in data analysis or data mining tools (IBM SPSS Modeler knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate customer insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of B2B/SME customer lifecycle management and commercial campaigns.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and support revenue-generating initiatives within the SME segment.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and value management strategies is considered a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience in telecommunications and familiarity with SQL or CRM/campaign management tools are highly appreciated
