We are looking for a talented and driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our CRM & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.

 

You have a challenging mission:

You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through effective, data-driven campaign management. This is a hands-on operational role that also requires a strong understanding of the broader business landscape, enabling you to align campaign strategies with company objectives and proactively identify opportunities for growth. You will report directly to the CRM & Analytics Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Commercial.

 

What will you do:

Campaign Design & Execution

  • Design, build, and execute CRM campaigns end-to-end, from strategic concept and audience targeting through to content creation, channel selection, and deployment.
  • Craft compelling SMS, email, push notification, and other communication content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Operate and manage CRM campaign platforms to set up campaign logic, triggers, & audience segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Monitor to ensure smooth execution, promptly troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Implement A/B and testing strategies to continuously optimize messaging, timing, channel mix, and audience segments.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Build and deliver regular campaign performance reports, including key metrics such as conversion rates, and customer lifetime value impact.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and translate findings  into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Track campaign KPIs against targets and proactively flag deviations with proposed corrective actions.

Strategy & Innovation

  • Proactively propose new campaign ideas, strategies, and communication approaches that generate added value for the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing campaigns through data-driven insights, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to the overall CRM roadmap and campaign calendar planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Product Team to support communication activities for product launches, feature rollouts, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and other teams to ensure campaign    messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and business priorities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and platform providers as needed.

Campaign Optimization & Best Practices

  • Secure the best possible execution approach for every campaign by evaluating channel effectiveness, message formulation, timing, and targeting.
  • Develop and maintain campaign templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of continuous testing and learning within the team.

 

It would be great if you have:

  • Knowledgeable in CRM and marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, workflow automation, and journey building.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, build reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, data querying and reporting tools (e.g., SPSS Modeler/ Excel/SQL).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation methodologies, personalization techniques, and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to craft engaging, concise, and effective marketing copy across channels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in campaign execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Business acumen and ability to understand broader commercial objectives beyond day-to-day campaign operations.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
