We at Nova, a dynamic and constantly evolving media and telecom organization, are looking for a Novacinema Social Media Executive & Content Creator to join our Media team.

Your challenging mission will be to:

Create, coordinate, and deliver engaging content across Novacinema’s social media and digital channels, combining editorial creativity, social media management, and audiovisual content production to bring our movies, series, productions, and key entertainment moments closer to our audiences.

What you will do:

• Plan and manage the Novacinema social media content calendar, in close collaboration with Programming and other internal teams.

• Create and adapt engaging copy and content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, according to each platform’s audience and requirements.

• Coordinate the production and delivery of creative assets, working closely with Creative and Digital Services teams.

• Manage the publishing and scheduling of social media content and support the organization of Novacinema’s YouTube presence.

• Create and publish real-time content, including backstage material, interviews, Instagram Stories, event highlights, and special features.

• Support paid social media activities and the monitoring of relevant budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

It would be great if you have:

• Previous experience in social media, content creation, journalism, media, or a related field.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills, with a good understanding of major social media platforms.

• Experience or strong interest in video, podcast, and audiovisual content production.

• A genuine interest in cinema, TV series, entertainment, and pop culture.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Very good command of Greek and English, along with flexibility to support events and live coverage outside standard working hours when required
