We at Nova, a dynamic and constantly evolving media and telecom organization, are looking for an Asset Traffic Specialist to join our Media team.

Your challenging mission will be to:

Coordinate the end-to-end flow of content assets, from acquisition and internal processing to delivery to internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution.

What you will do:

• Coordinate the acquisition, internal distribution, and delivery of content assets.

• Monitor delivery timelines and operational requirements throughout all stages of the content flow.

• Collaborate with internal teams, content providers, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Track costs related to content deliveries, transcoding services, and asset acquisition.

• Support the monitoring and control of the department’s budget.

• Identify and resolve issues that may affect content availability or delivery timelines.

• Work shifts according to operational needs.

It would be great if you have:

• Previous experience in content operations, asset management, broadcasting, media, or a related field.

• A good understanding of content workflows, file delivery processes, and digital media assets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Availability to work shifts.
