Job Title:  Commercial Procurement Specialist

You have a challenging mission to:

         Manage end-to-end sourcing processes for indirect materials and services, from defining business requirements and conducting market research to commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and purchase order management. Focused on delivering value through effective supplier management, competitive commercial terms, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

 

What will you do:

  • Formulate RFQ and tender terms and conditions in collaboration with Internal customer to accurately define business requirements, while managing the entire sourcing process through to the receipt of supplier proposals.
  • Conduct commercial evaluations, lead supplier negotiations, and present recommendations on the most advantageous solution for the company.
  • Prepare draft contracts and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, the Legal Department, and suppliers to finalize and execute agreements. Ensure proper contract documentation, filing, and archiving in accordance with company procedures.
  • Create, review, and issue purchase orders, ensuring that all negotiated commercial terms, conditions, and supplier commitments are accurately reflected.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sourcing opportunities. Maintain regular engagement with existing and prospective suppliers to stay informed of market developments, emerging trends, and alternative solutions.
  • Manage supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, non-compliance with contractual terms, and payment discrepancies. Coordinate all necessary communications and corrective actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.

 

It would be great if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and SAP, and skilled in utilizing procurement management tools and digital sourcing platforms to drive process efficiency and compliance.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of five years of procurement experience in indirect materials and services, including Marketing (ATL & BTL), Digital Services and Platforms, and PR/Communications categories.
  • Self-motivated and proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset,  capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess complex situations, identify opportunities, and make sound business recommendations.
  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Proven ability to perform efficiently and deliver high-quality results within challenging timelines and under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset, focused on building strong relationships and delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
