We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, are looking for a Social Media Video & Graphics Creator to bring Nova’s social media presence to life, through engaging video and visual content.

You have a challenging mission:

You will be responsible for producing platform-first creatives that drive engagement, align with brand guidelines, and perform across formats.

What will you do:

Content Creation & Production

• Producing video and graphic content tailored for social media platforms
• Designing visual assets for all platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and campaign content
• Shooting and editing short-form video content optimized for social media performance
• Creating engaging, scroll-stopping visuals aligned with Nova’s brand identity

Adaptation & Execution

• Adapting content to different formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications
• Collaborating with social media, marketing, and creative teams to execute content ideas efficiently
• Ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all deliverables

Trends & Optimization

• Staying up to date with social media trends, emerging formats, and platform best practices
• Applying platform-specific insights to enhance engagement and content effectiveness
• Experiment with new styles, formats, and creative approaches to optimize performance              

It would be nice if you have:

• Proven experience creating video and graphic content for social media
• Proven experience in video production, graphic design, or a similar creative role
• 2-3years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and audio editing
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first video and graphic content
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats
