We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “Postpaid Product Manager” to be part of our successful team in our “Postpaid Product Marketing Team”.

You have a challenging mission for:

Leading the strategic thinking and planning around proposition, go to market and launch activities to maximize the revenue and growth opportunity.

What will you do:

• Keep abreast of competitive environment and international trends and best practices.

• Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations based on data-driven insights, and research findings.

• Deliver a unique value proposition to customers and achieve competitive advantage.

• Own the E2E responsibility for new product development, from product and customer journey’s design, manage project priorities and timeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams for the spot-on delivery of new products / services.

• Devise go to market strategy and implement out of the box, and forward-thinking plan.

• Institute a strong KPI tracking rhythm with clear and measurable outcomes.

• Develop, manage, and secure budget KPIs for responsibility area.

• Be a team player with an ability to influence, inspire, and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization.

It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing or Engineering; Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience and proven track record of success in evolving products and growing revenues

• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of product and go to market design.

• Ability to be articulate and land data-driven recommendations with business partners at a senior executive level.

• Passionate about forward thinking, and out of the box plans

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and receptive to adapting landscape and priorities.

• Assertive determination to ensure delivery of results.
