We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, looking for vibrant and fast thinking "E/M Systems Maintenance Technician” to be part of our successful team in our “MTX/DC Maintenance Team”. 

You have a challenging mission for: 

Οverseeing the building’s infrastructure and electromechanical systems, coordinating maintenance and external contractors, managing technical incidents and fire safety procedures, and providing technical support to the Shopping Centre’s stores 

What will you do: 

• Supervision of the entire building infrastructure and facilities of the company on Athens Avenue   
• Monitoring the proper operation of the electromechanical equipment of the facilities (complete electrical installations of strong and weak currents, cooling-heating, fire safety and fire-fighting systems, hydraulic and drainage systems, lifting equipment, etc.) 
• monitoring the preventive maintenance of the above installations 
• Cooperation with external partners for maintenance and technical works 
• Diagnosis and repair of faults in electromechanical equipment and all building infrastructure  
• Checking fire protection installations (active and passive) and participating in fire protection and emergency teams 
• Coordinating incident management activities to ensure the smooth operation of the Centre, its shops and parking areas 
• Provision of basic technical support to the shops of the Shopping Centre                                

  It would be great if you have: 

• Minimum of 3 years of seasoned experience in building & E/M infrastructure. 
• Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of expertise in uninterruptible power systems (UPS, Rectifiers, Inverters, backup batteries, etc.). 
• Exhibits a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Conditioning/Ventilation for Comfort buildings and Data Centers (DX/CW, HVAC, VRV, CCU, Chiller, etc.). 
• Displays knowledge in MS Office word and worksheet programs processing. 
• Knowledge in AutoCAD use would be an asset. 
• Commands a good level of proficiency in the English language. 
• Embodies self-motivation and excels in multitasking, showcasing a capacity for independent work. 
• Demonstrates an exemplary level of organizational prowess.
