What will you do:

• Collaborate with demand managers and address all planning requirements on assigned technological projects regarding Buildings, Data Centers, Power rooms, HVAC and PoP sites.
• Produce Projects, Plans and technical description documents, control information, set the performance baselines.
• In big scale projects, collaborate with expert professionals in application studies provision.
• Support procurement process in Facilities projects (technical surveys, Q&As and offers technical evaluations)
• Supervise and monitor assigned projects progress and ensures appropriate delivery.
• Monitor NOC’s, Offices’ and PoP’s Licensing process ensuring up to date status (i.e. Civil authority, Fire certificate, PEA, YDE, Elevators etc)
• Evaluate power and A/C equipment maintenance log and aging for potential Re-engineering / upgrades.

It would be nice if you have:

• Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
• Experience of at least 5 years in building & E/M infrastructure
• Experience of at least 2 years in uninterruptible power systems (UPS, Rectifiers, Inverters back-up batteries etc)
• Experience of at least 2 years in Air Conditioning / Ventilation of Comfort buildings and Data Centers (DX/CW, HVAC, VRV, CCU, Chiller etc.)
• Experience in Supervision and Delivery of Technical Projects
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD Design and MS office word processing / worksheets programs
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Self-motivated, with an aptitude for multitasking and the ability to work independently
• Organizational skills
