We at Nova, a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a dynamic Commercial Policy Supervisor to be part of our Customer Channels Development team. 

You have a challenging mission for: 

Designing, implementing and monitoring commercial policies and partner commission schemes. The role is responsible for defining and governing commercial policies and partner remuneration schemes, ensuring accurate calculation and payment of commissions, alignment with business targets, and compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks.

What you will do:

• Design and maintain commercial policies and partner commission schemes (commissions, bonuses, targets)
• Ensure accurate calculation, validation and control of partner commissions
• Monitor and reconcile commission payments in collaboration with Finance and Reporting teams
• Translate commercial rules into system logic
• Support the launch of new campaigns and ensure correct incentive setup
• Identify discrepancies, risks or improvement areas in commission models
• Define and monitor KPIs related to partner performance and incentives
• Act as a key interface between Commercial, Sales, Finance, IT and Operations teams
• Ensure clear communication and proper understanding of policies across stakeholders
• Participate in UAT cycles and validate commission-related implementations

It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, incentives/commissions, or financial analysis
• Experience in partner management, sales incentives or commission schemes is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience with reporting tools / DWH / Excel (advanced level preferred)/BI
• Strong attention to detail and governance mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Greek and English 
• Experience with commission engines / incentive models
• Exposure to reconciliation processes with Finance
• Telecom experience would be appreciated
